يعد الفيسبوك من أشهر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، فهو طريقة سهلة للتفاعل وتبادل الأفكار مع الأشخاص في جميع أنحاء العالم. ولكن يمكن لبعض المستخدمين ترك محتوى غير لائق وتعليقات مُسيئة، إذن كيف تحظر مستخدم من الفيسبوك ؟ كما هو الحال في حياتنا على أرض الواقع، فإننا نواجه على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي خلافات ومشاكل تنتهي في أغلب الاحيان بوضع حد نهائي لعلاقتنا مع الاطراف الاخرى بواسطة الحظر “Block”. هل سبق أن قام شخص ما بنشر محتوى غير لائق عنك، أو قام بمضايقتك أو حاول تحريض الأصدقاء أو المعجبين ضدك؟ إذا كنت قد صادفت هذا النوع من المستخدمين، وقمت بتنبيههم مرة تلو الأخرى دون جدوى، فلا خيار أمامك سوى حظرهم نهائياً من حسابك أو صفحتك على الفيسوك بالكامل. إليك كيفية حظر مستخدم من الفيسبوك نهائياً.

كيفية حظر مستخدم من حسابك في الفيسبوك من المتصفح

من السهل حظر مستخدم فيسبوك على متصفح ويندوز، ماك، أو لينكوس بالخطوات التالية :

  • سجل الدخول إلى حسابك وانقر على الزر المتجه للأسفل في الشريط العلوي من الصفحة.
  • انقر على الإعدادات “Settings”.
  • من القائمة اختر الحظر “Blocking “.
  • أدخِل اسم الشخص الذي تريد حظره من حسابك في المكان المخصص ثم انقر على الأيقونة الزرقاء حظر “Block”.
  • من قائمة “block people” اختر الشخص المحدد أو الصفحة التي تريد حظره ثم اختر حظر.
  • سيظهر صندوق التأكيد ، متضمنا أسباب الحظر. للتاكيد اضغط حظر [الاسم].
    إذا أردت التراجع عن الحظر اختر إلغاء الحظر، ولكن ستحتاج الانتظار لعدة أيام قبل أن تعيد حظره.

كيفية حظر مستخدم من حسابك في الفيسبوك من التطبيق

  • سجل الدخول إلى حسابك واضغط على الثلاث خطوط العريضة في الزاوية العلوية من الصفحة.
  • انقر على الإعدادات والخصوصية “Settings & privacy”.
  • من القائمة المنسدلة، حدد الإعدادات “Settings”.
  • مرر إلى الأسفل وانقر على حظر “Block”.
  • انقر على أيقونة الحظر الزرقاء “إضافة إلى قائمة الحظر Add to blocked list”.
  • أدخِل اسم المستخدم الذي تريد حظره أو ضع بريده الالكتروني في شريط البحث أعلى الصفحة.
  • بعد العثور على حساب الشخص، انقر على زر الحظر “Block” الموجود بجانب الاسم.

بعد حظر المستخدم لن يتمكن من رؤية حسابك الشخصي مجدداً حتى إذا قام بالبحث عنك في الفيس بوك، والعكس صحيح. وبهذا لن يكون قادراً على مراستلك أو إزعاجك أو رؤية حسابك بعد الآن .

كيفية حظر مستخدم من صفحة في الفيسبوك

إذا كنت شخصية عامة ولديك صفحة خاصة بالمعجبين أو إذا كان لديك صفحة لشركتك أو منتج أو موقع وتريد حظر أحد الأشخاص الذين يضايقونك باستمرار فإليك كيفية حظره من الصفحة :

حظر مستخدم من المعجبين بالصفحة

  • انتقل إلى صفحة المعجبين الخاصة بك وانقر على الإعدادات “Settings”.
  • حدد الأشخاص والصفحات الأخرى “Pages and other pages”.
  • في حال كنت تريد حظر شخص كان قد عمل إعجاب للصفحة، فقم بتحديد الاشخاص المعحبون بهذه الصفحة “people who like this page ” من القائمة المنسدلة.
  • أدخِل اسم الشخص الذي تريد حظره من صفحتك في الفيسبوك، ثم ضع علامة صح في المربع الفارغ بجانب اسمه.
  • بعد ذلك اختر حظر من الصفحة “ban from page “.

كيفية حظر مستخدم من غير المعجبين بالصفحة

إذا كان الشخص الذي تريد حظره من الصفحة، أي فقط يقوم بزيارة صفحتك ويكتب تعليقات مُسيئة باستمرار. فيمكنك حظره بسهولة :

  • اذهب الى التعليق المُسيء الذي تريد حظر صاحبه.
  • اضغط على الثلاث نقاط الموجودة بجانب التعليق.
  • انقر على إخفاء التعليق “Hide comment “.
  • بعد ذلك يظهر لك خيار حظر الشخص أسفل التعليق المحذوف حظر “Ban ” انقر عليه.

بعد ذلك سيتم حظر الشخص نهائياً من صفحتك ولن يتمكن من العثور عليها مجدداً.

حظر مستخدم نهائيا من الفيسبوك

إذا كان الشخص الذي تريد حظره قد انتهك قوانين الفيسبوك بشكلٍ واضحٍ، وقام بالإساءة لك بشكلٍ جديّ، فيمكنك حظره من الفيسبوك نهائيا:

  • انتقل إلى الملف الشخصي للشخص الذي تريد حظره والإبلاغ عنه.
  • اضغط على الثلاث نقاط العرضية أسفل غلاف الصفحة.
  • حدد البحث على الدعم أو الاببلغ عن ملف شخصي find support or report page من القائمة المنسدلة.
  • اختر سبب الإبلاغ عن هذا الشخص، وإذا لم يكن السبب موجود من بين الخيارات فانقر على أريد تقديم المساعدة I want to help.
  • يمكنك مساعدة فريق الدعم بالنقر على إساءة Harassment للإشارة على أن هذا الشخص يسيء لك.
  • انقر فوق إرسال send ثم تم Done .

بعد ذلك سيتم وضع حساب الشخص تحت المراقبة، وإذا ثبت أنه شخص مُسيء فسيتم حظره لمدة معينة من الفيس أو سيتم حظره نهائيا وتعطيل ملفه الشخصي وهذا يعود إلى حجم الانتهاك الذي قام به .

مقارنة بين الحظر و الإخفاء و إلغاء المتابعة و إلغاء الصداقة

يختلف الحظر عن إلغاء الصداقة أو الإخفاء (الغفوة) أو إلغاء المتابعة. قبل أن تقرر حظر شخص ما، تأكد مما إذا كان هناك إجراء آخر قد يكون أكثر ملائمة.

إخفاء المنشورات

تساعد هذه الميزة المستخدمين على أخذ استراحة مؤقتة من منشورات الأصدقاء أو الصفحات أو المجموعات دون إلغاء الصداقة أو إلغاء المتابعة أو حظر المستخدم إلى الأبد. تمنح ميزة إخفاء المنشورات مؤقتاً مستخدمي الفيسبوك خيار إلغاء متابعة شخص أو صفحة أو مجموعة مؤقتاً لمدة 30 يوماً. لذلك لن تضطر إلى إلغاء المتابعة أو إلغاء الصداقة نهائياً، بدلاً من ذلك ستتوقف عن مشاهدة منشورات شخص ما لفترة قصيرة من الوقت.

إلغاء المتابعة

يعد الحظر أكثر جدية من الخيارات الأخرى. عندما تحظر مستخدم فيسبوك، لا يمكنه التواصل معك أو رؤية أي شيء تنشره، بالإضافة إلى أنك لن ترى أياً من منشوراته أو تعليقاته. سيبدو الأمركما لو أنكما غير مرئيين على فيسبوك. لن يقوم الفيسبوك بتنبيه الأشخاص المحظورين أو إبلاغهم بالفعل الذي قمت به (الحظر). تتعدد الأسباب التي تؤدي إلى حظر المستخدمين على الفيسبوك، إذا كانت هناك مخاوف تتعلق بالمضايقة أو التنمر، فإن حظر شخص ما على فيسبوك يمنح الشخص وصولاً أقل إلى حياتك. إذا كان هناك خلافات بين أفراد الأسرة أو الأصدقاء، فقد يختار شخص ما حظر مستخدم لمنع تكرار حدوث هذه المشاكل في المستقبل.
